Please note that Lester Estimating LLC is not responsible for missed bid submission deadlines under any circumstances. Once an estimate is delivered, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is requested within 2 hours of payment, as our team begins work promptly after payment is received.
If you require confidentiality, please notify us in advance so we can prepare a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Otherwise, Lester Estimating LLC reserves the right to use submitted project information—including client name, company name, logo, project title, drawings, and estimates—for marketing purposes such as testimonials.
Our estimates are intended as budgeting tools and should not be considered final pricing. While we reference RSMeans and regional vendor data for accurate, location-based pricing, fluctuations may occur. Our team is always available to review the estimate, make revisions, and collaborate with you to help finalize your pricing.
